very friendly service; professional. they require an appointment but were able to squeeze me in last minute today; there's a reason why they are always so busy! i trust their advice and service on my vehicle. - -and there's a coffee shop right next door! perfect while you wait!

Mike and his crew are just awesome, I'm from Kentucky and started having some pretty bad brake issues. Mike took the time to explain to me in a way I could understand what was going on and his crew repaired my vehicle in a quick and timely manner. Mike was dead on with his quote and actually came in under. I can't tell you how nice it was not to be taken advantage of. Thank you Vans Tire and Mike Spitale and his crew....you folks rock
