I wish I could give the guys 10 Stars. I appreciate the service. It was without intimidation or belittling. When presenting information what's needed for my car... the information was presented without me feeling burdened regarding repair costs. It is rare these days to find such accommodating and excellent service that I received from Lisa and crew at the Wooster branch of Vans.....She suggested the best tire for my vehicle and even helped with a manufacturer's warranty issue.
