Eric was the most pleasant person I have ever got to deal with while getting tires not only on the phone but in person too every customer he talked to he talked to them like they were his family. I highly recommend seeing him for any tire needs.

I had to have 2 tires replaced due to damage. I called several local tire shops and not only did Van’s have the best pricing but they also were the most professional and helpful on the phone. Their great service continued in person and they took the time to look over my other tires for me. I appreciated that they were professional, helpful and kind. I personally spoke with both the district manager Steve and the location manager George and they were both wonderful. Mike took care of checking me in and out and was also helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
