I like this place because it is very easy to schedule in for service, they get it done quickly, even on my complex cargo vehicle.

Friendly superior service and great prices. I shopped around and Van's had the best deal. Very easy to work with and met my needs. They did not try to oversell either which happens at so many other places. I will be a return customer.

I went in with an object in a tire on Friday late afternoon, Mike took care of the problem without any issue. Also, will be going back for brakes soon. Great people and place!

I cannot say enough great things about the customer service at the North Ridgeville location. I worked with Mike who was beyond helpful and responsive. Mike was able to isolate the problem based on previous work completed by the team at Vans, he spoke with the dealership, arranged to have the correct parts ordered and called my third party warranty company to get the claim started. I will continue to use Van's for all my vehicle repairs and service needs.
