I had a flat and I was squeezed in and it was repaired. While waiting on the repair, I noticed how good the gal with the dark hair was at her job. You were so busy, but she answered all the calls and took care of the customers so efficiently and pleasantly. Van's is lucky to have her. This is the second time I have had a flat tire, and Van's fixed it for me as soon as you could. Thank you.

Great integrity at this shop! Last year when we had them install summer tires on our Civic SI, they installed new lug nuts and cross threaded them. When we took it in for winter tire install this week, they admitted their mistake and repaired everything at their cost and didn’t charge for the winter tire install as well. Hard to find honesty like this in the auto repair industry today.
