They were able to get my car in, within 15 min of me calling and had it done in less than an hour. The pricing was reasonable and they did not up charge me at all. They were friendly and informative

This is my go to place for tires and alignment. Kevin and Marcus are friendly professional and honest! What more could you ask for? I just had a small lag bolt puncture the center of a tire. I was dreading having to replace the tire, but they were able to patch and repair it. They took care of it and turned a bad day into a good one! Doing business with people you can trust is a great feeling. Thanks again!

The guys at the Wadsworth location did an excellent job installing my tires. Quick turn around time and Dennis is the best at explaining what needs to be done. No sales pressure which is what I liked the most. They even made my day and put some carnations in my cars. Nice surprise.
Overall great experience. Highly recommend.

We drove around to 3 different places to get our tire looked at. Vans was our saving grace, as no one else could get us in or bothered to try. They didn’t hesitate to help us even when they were obviously busy! They even let our dog sit in the waiting area and gave her lots of love and treats! Thank you Vans for your professionalism, kindness and great service! Every person that works there was friendly and welcoming! We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!!!

I absolutely love the Vans Tire in Wooster OH. Lisa is so very polite and helpful. They always exceed my expectations as they go above and beyond servicing your vehicle. I also really like the report card with the pics they send you on your vehicle. You know your vehicle is in good hands and they seem to care! I would highly recommend them to anyone! I live in Mansfield but will continue to take my car to Vans Tire in Wooster. They are the best!!
