I definitely recommend Van's on East Market Akron. They go above and beyond to give a great experience with their service. They have a great knowledgeable and friendly team. I know I'm in good hands when I need my vehicle worked on or just routine maintenance.

Great Service

Called them on a Monday morning about a tire rotation. Answered the phone in two rings. Very polite person by the name of Hugh who helped me. Worked me into schedule for Monday afternoon. Had my tires rotated and in about 40 minutes I was done and out the door. Great job and service!!

Took my car in, expecting to be handed a huge estimate for exhaust repairs I knew I needed. Explained that the car got very little use and was going to be replaced at the end of summer. Was given options. Their alternative to replacing the entire system cut my cost to a quarter of what it would have been elsewhere. And the car hasn't been this quiet in years. Hats off to Jordan and to John for listening, caring, and providing suoerior workmanship and professionalism.
